RETURN POLICY

You can return our products and accessories within 30 days of receiving your unit if you are not completely satisfied. You will be refunded the original cost of the unit (less shipping and a 25% restocking charge). All items must be returned clean, undamaged and untampered. Return shipping should always have insurance and tracking and marked clearly on the outside “return for repair under warranty”.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

The Biophysica Colloidal Generator and accessories are protected against functional and mechanical defects for a period of one (1) year. The shipping expenses will be covered by us during the 1 year factory warranty (except for International orders outside North America) All parts and labor will be provided at no expense during the one (1) year warranty period.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping services worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS and USPS (United States Postal Service). You can select a shipping option including “overnight” and “early a.m.” delivery. All packages are insured against loss, damage and theft and have a tracking number and will require a signature to confirm delivery.

We generally ship internationally by Canadian Postal Service (EMS), express or expedited, insured with a tracking number. Shipping by couriers such as UPS, DHL is much more expensive, requires multiple documents and attracts taxations, duties, customs, brokerage, disbursement fees etc. Nothing should be sent without some sort of tracking, otherwise it is too easy to go missing.
